After kicking me out Dr. Razook sent me a letter  pretending his Clear Choice Atlanta practice replaced my fixed bridges (5) separate times, under the direction of five different prosthodonts, each trying to satisfy my aesthetic complaints.

Dr. Razook intentionally misrepresents the truth in many aspects.
1. Implying one doctor worked in every of my 5 failed fixed bridges completed by Clear Choice Atlanta.
That is a deliberate pretense, only 2 prosthodonts, Dr. Swartz and Dr. Razook and the lab technician worked or modified my fixed bridges. Only Dr. Shwartz and Razook, knowingly pushed their defective final bridges on me. (See the 3rd and 4th bridges)

2. Claiming my complaints were aesthetic only

My complaints were mainly functional. Clear Choice Atlanta flagrant bad bite gave me TMJ headaches, and Clear Choice Atlanta ill fitting bridges felt like razor blades cutting into my gums and implant areas (see my 3rd and 4th permanents cases).

Function and aesthetic are related. Example: I noticed my 3rd permanents teeth were grossly big, (because my titanium arch was grossely enlarged without my consent by Dr. Shwartz). I complained to Dr. Razook, who claimed quote: "Smaller teeth, would be like women's teeth" I knew he was not telling the truth, still I agreed to live with it. Later figured my painful underbite, which Dr. Razook rigged, by cutting my lower, while extending my upper front teeth.

Ironically, this made my upper front teeth even bigger. I still decided to accept that terrible aesthetic work of Dr. Razook's incompetent rigging. However, that incompetent rigging, messed up my bite and misaligned my dentures, which stated to hurt my gums and implants in many places. So a few months later my bad bite side effects started to get worse up to the point of a nightmare that lasted more than 6 months.

Dr. Razook, intentionally, does not mention any suffering, caused by the functionally defective bridges completed by him and Mr. Marte, who showed in numerous cases, he was totally untalented, unable to carry directions, understand or correct issues. Even, when Mr. Marte (not a prosthodont) fixed one issue, usually, created many more side-issues. Clear Choice Atlanta prosthodonts, Dr. Shwarts and Razook, were detached from their work. The lack of accurate communication prosthodont/lab tech was obvious. Doctors usually looked at my bridges for a few minutes, barely listened to my complaints, and never took notes to acurately advise lab tech Marte, who constantly made situation from bad to worse and failed to correct my bad bite  permanents. (Permanent dentures are not supposed to be modified, first place)

Only 2 prosthodonts,  Shwartz or Razook supervised completion of my final bridges. The other 3, barely saw me or had no say and took no decision at all, regarding my final bridges. One saw me only once (my 4th permanents), for  3 minutes, never saw her again. Another prosthodont saw Marte's 5th permanents and declared, my final bridges did not seem right, were misaligned and needed grinding. That happened the very first day my 5th bridges were installed on me. Dr. Razook took over again after that. Dr. Shane, was the only prosthodont, who worked himself rather than advise incompetent lab tech Marte. I even tested once his bridges, which were wonderful, however, he was fired or left the Clear Choice Atlanta practice before finishing my permanents. Clear Choice Atlanta fired or changed, at least, 3 prosthodonts, one lab tech and many nurses before firing me. Mr. Marte, at the next test, had completely  destroyed Dr. Shanes wonderful work, proving, again, he was totally incapable of correcting only one bite angle issue. Beats me how instead of fixing only one issue, he messed everything up.  Moreover, incompetent Marte,(not a prosthodont) took over my 5th permanents, since Dr. Razook never showed up, no other prosthodont was present at the time. Mr. Marte (not a prosthodont) completed my final shoddy dentures, in less than a month, with only one single test, totally ignoring my 4 written requests (my emails document that) .

In fact, seems my 5th permanents was just  a charade and a set up by Dr. Razook to kick me out of his Clear Choice Atlanta practice, in a hurry, and another obvious sloppy dental malpractice case.

My Clear Choice Atlanta terrible experience in a nutshell...

Clear Choice Atlanta seemed to fire or change personnel all the time. Only 2 prosthodonts,  Dr. Shwartz and Razook supervised the completion of my final bridges.

Dr. Shwartz was arrogant and constantly bullied me to get my signature. He openly ignored and pretended not to see his own obvious flawed work and did not not care at all about my suffering or my future health consequences, caused by his incompetent bridges (see my 3rd permanents case).

Clear Choice Atlanta Dr. Shwarts and Dr. Razook, are not honest, since constantly exploited my dental lack of knowledge to hide their own mistakes and did not care for long term consequences of their bad work, which deteriorated and got sloppier, as time went by.

Clear Choice Atlanta clients should be aware of the fact, the lab technician incompetence is crucial, since most prosthodonts do not work themselves to build bridges and  only saw me when trying to get my signature of approval for the hefty commission, from their client's fee.

Only Dr. Shane was competent and caring, He was the only doctor who took measurements an worked himself to do the bridges, however he was fired, or resigned, before finishing my permanents.
