My dental work started in
January 2009 and according to Clear Choice Atlanta contract, my fixed
bridges should finish in less than 2 years. In fact, now it is 2014 and
5 years later, I am back to my original temps. Moreover, I have to pay
another $40.000, which totals up to $80.000 to correct Clear Choice
Atlanta incompetent work, not counting the additional money and more
than 30 lost work days driving to Atlanta, emailing, suffering from pain
and anguish. After torturing me for 3 years.
Clear Choice Atlanta Dr. Shwartz , deliberately, ignored their negligently built final bridges, so I emailed this 2013 selfie. Till the mid 2014 Dr. Razook modified those bridges many times making things worse. In February 2014, Dr. Razook stopped my treatment/torture, knowing my temps did not fit well and could break and could cause complications, which could even risk my life. That convenience decision confirmed, again, that Dr. Samuel J. Razook, head of Clear Choice Atlanta, is neither humane, nor businesslike. Not my fault, if Clear Choice Atlanta dental incompetence stopped them from completing a contracted job, for which, they took 40.000 dollars, in advance Why is this different from a highway robbery? Why should Clear Choice get away without any punishment?.

This is my treatment bill for another $40,000, which I have to pay to
another prosthodont to do the job Clear Choice Atlanta did not do, yet
$40,000 upfront from me. Is that fair?
